Project order for the concept revision of a virtual internship in the 3D LearnSpace
The WBS LearnSpace 3D® is an avatar-based interactive 3D learning and working world. In virtual business games and training companies, participants can put their theoretical knowledge into practice regardless of location and apply what they have learned in a practical way.
The Goal was to revise the existing concept of the personnel practice workshop in the errors and to design new tasks that reflect the practice workshop even more realistically and practically in the daily business. In addition, collective bargaining agreements should be introduced as a basis, thus defining the range of tasks in a more complex way. In the future, a personnel information system was also to be used within this project, which was to be taken into account when designing the tasks.
We were able to efficiently adapt the complex topic of the practical workshop to the objective and systematically addressed special requirements. We quickly achieved the goals defined in the project and thus contributed significantly to the success of the introduction of a new concept of the personnel practice workshop in the company.
Introduction of alternating telecommuting and thus the possibility of home office in the company.
The company Georg Utz GmbH is a global market leader for reusable plastic packaging with 1200 employees at several locations on 3 continents. The desire for a home office had been requested by the company’s employees for some time. The increasing shortage of professionals also made regional recruiting difficult. In order to remain an attractive employer, the company wanted to offer the option of alternating teleworking in the future.
The goal was also to offer employees more flexibility in the area of work-life balance by introducing alternating teleworking in order to ensure an optimal work-life balance. The motivation and productivity of the employees was to be increased and at the same time the identification with the company was to be strengthened.
We were able to quickly adapt the complex topic of teleworking to the individuality of the company in the form of a project and systematically address special requirements. Throughout the course of the project, there was close coordination with the company’s HR manager. We were also in contact with the respective experts in the company, if this was necessary for the course of the project (individual work packages/milestones).
